This year I will be bringing the message for their evening worship service. I'm finishing up my talk tonight and will put finishing touches on it … Continue reading Spiritual Lamaze

Yep, that's the difference
Another weekend has come and gone. This weekend was significantly slower paced than many of my weekends lately even though I had significant things to do - primarily the completion of a sermon that I delivered this morning. The weekend was rich in God moments though. Friday night Steve and I had a wonderful evening … Continue reading Yep, that's the difference
Sermon Reflections
Work continues on my sermon for Sunday. Several interruptions to date and haven't had the time to just sit and chew through my notes to self about the topic until this afternoon. If you ever hear me preach, you can almost always take to the bank that I am speaking from recent dealings by God … Continue reading Sermon Reflections

Floating
I'm heading out for a float trip this weekend. Common Ground is heading out this evening after work to camp out tonight and then float the Current all day on Saturday. It looks like a perfect weekend for floating - no rain; hot sun; yippee. I enjoy float trips and being outside. Tonight will be … Continue reading Floating

I'm back! Sorry for the sporadic postings. I was out of town all last week with the youth at Passport camp in Louisville, Kentucky. I'll post some pictures in the near future. We had a great week. It was long but we had many great experiences while there. It is good to be home, however. … Continue reading Wishes
